How to Use
This Organic camu camu powder is simple and convenient to use, just sprinkle a teaspoon over any breakfast cereal for a taste sensation. Add it to coconut water or smoothies, or serve with yoghurt and fruit salad.To create a stunning energy bowl for a natural breakfast or snack, blend camu camu powder and a little nut mylk with 1/3 cup of rolled oats or quinoa and your selection of banana, mango, frozen berries, kale or spinach. Blend to a consistency similar to frozen yoghurt, adding a little more mylk if needed.Serve in a bowl, sprinkle with bee pollen and top with fresh fruit, nuts or seeds, and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup. Camu Camu is also a yummy addition to raw treats including energy balls, chia pudding, slices, ice cream and Vegan chocolate.
