Sweetened coconut is delicious added to muesli and granola mixes, porridge, chia puddings and smoothies, or sprinkle over cereal, yogurt, fruit salad and acai bowls. It makes a sweet addition to salads and Asian inspired rice paper rolls, or use in fish patties, spicy veggie burgers, soups, curries and hot pots. Lightly toast and sprinkle over stir-fries or seafood dishes. A tasty ingredient in crumble toppings, cookies, muffins, cakes and fruit bread.
