Farro is an ancient whole grain with a nutty flavour and a chewier texture than rice. This plant-based ingredient is commonly used in soups, salads, Pilaf dishes and more; that provides a source of iron, protein and fibre.

How to Use
It is recommended to soften the grains by soaking farro in water for a few hours or over night, which makes it more nutritious and digestible.

To intensify the nutty flavour , toast your farro in a pan while carefully watching it on medium heat, then you can boil the farro for 40 minutes to get the chewy and firm texture. When using 1 cup of farro, use 2.5 cups of water.
Storage Shelf Life
Store in an air tight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight
