Add pasta to plenty of boiling water with a bit of salt, cook uncovered for apron. 12-15 minutes, or until pasta is “al dente” and has almost doubled in size.
This pasta holds it shape and reheats well in sauce. Add a few handfuls to soups and hotspots or use to make pasta salad or pasta bake.
Combine with your favourite cut fresh vegetables like capsicum, green beans, mushrooms, purple onion and corn and dress with a light vinaigrette dressing. Or try chargrilled Mediterranean veggies with Feta, olives and prosciutto.
