If you struggle to fall asleep, stay asleep, or get restorative sleep, join us to learn more about possible causes, and the changes you can implement to improve your sleep. This workshop will be led by Dr. Manisha Verma MD, an experienced family physician with an interest in sleep, and CBT-i (cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia) provider.
